Adam is the leader in the application development.  Having learnt his trade at a local college in Northampton Adam joined us 12 months ago with the main aim to develop the applications.  It has been a whirlwind 12 months for Adam, learning new programming skills, learning a new industry and working with a wide variety of people to develop Applications for them to use.

Adam true to form with his development brain always has to be reminded you cannot do everything everyone wants and must deliver what they actually need, the 80:20 rule is heard so often around the office I think the rest of the team are fed up of hearing it now.

A keen rambler you will often find Adam walking at weekends, we hope whilst designing the next amazing app in his head.
